היכי דמי אילימא כדקתני הי נינהו יורשי האב והי נינהו יורשי הבן אלא לאו הכי קאמר אב שנשבה ומת בן בתו במדינה ובן בתו שנשבה ומת אבי אמו במדינה ולא ידעינן הי מינייהו מית ברישא יורשי האב ויורשי הבן יחלוקו
